Sunhouse Goods – Returns and Refund Policy
1. Custom Orders
All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom designs or specifications
Personalized engravings or embroidery
Special sizing, colors, or finishes
Bulk or corporate orders
Any item made specifically to the customer’s request
Custom projects often require dedicated materials, production scheduling, and labor that cannot be recovered once work has begun. Payment for custom orders confirms approval of the project scope and authorizes us to begin sourcing materials and production. Once payment is received, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds for custom orders.
Corporate orders containing custom branding, personalization, or made-to-order production are non-refundable once production has begun.
2. Non-Custom Orders
For in-stock or non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be considered within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Payment and Production Authorization
Payment confirms acceptance of the order and authorization for us to begin acquiring materials and preparing production. Customers acknowledge that custom items involve specific sourcing and labor that cannot be reused or resold if canceled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Custom and made-to-order projects may be canceled prior to payment.
Once payment has been received and materials have been ordered, production scheduled, or work has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refund.
If a cancellation request is received after payment but before production has begun, any refund issued will be at the sole discretion of Sunhouse Goods and may be reduced by any costs already incurred, including materials, shipping, design work, or administrative expenses.
